This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the website. Please read these policies carefully prior to making a purchase. Also, please be advised that these policies may change and you should review them from time-to-time as you use our site.

SALES TAXES

Sales tax are included in our prices for all of our customers inside and outside EU.

Upon ordering at CUTEANDBROKE.COM you will receive confirmation emails when:
Your order is received.
Your order is shipped.
If there are questions on your order.


ORDER STATUS

If you are a registered shopper, you can quickly check the status for any order, by clicking on the "order status".
You will need your order number to check a specific order.
When you place an order with CUTEANDBROKE.COM, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the order number. Please retain this e-mail for your records.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details.
To track your order please visit our website and click on the order status link. You will be able to get your tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. For domestic orders enter that number at http://bit.ly/1lrIgdN to check status of your online order. For all International orders please visit your country's national post web page in order to track your order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic orders

CUTEANDBROKE.COM offers shipping via ELTA or GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI for domestic delivery. Domestic orders are typically processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.

Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. PST.
Overnight orders placed on Friday before 10 am PST will arrive the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays Excluded.


Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders to be processed within approximately three (3) BUSINESS days provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. CUTEANDBROKE.COM does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Next Monday even air shipment, so ground shipment will be more economical.
In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at sales@cuteandbroke.com before 2pm PST. We will try to help, however during company regular order processing procedure; we cannot guarantee any cancellation and modification.
Please note:
(1) we will not be able to cancel or modify your order after order has been processed (normally 2pm PST every day).
Please note: Domestic orders shipped via ELTA or GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI should arrive within 2-4 business days (both carriers take similar length to arrive to you). We do not offer weekend delivery service. CUTEANDBROKE.COM will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

International Shipping

CUTEANDBROKE.COM currently accepts online orders from all international countries. All orders shipped internationally will need to have their billing address and shipping address match to have their package shipped.
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.
Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. CUTEANDBROKE.COM will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
1. The customer refuses to accept the package
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
3. CUTEANDBROKE.COM will not ship international orders with a different shipping address then the billing address given.
CUTEANDBROKE.COM reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping method for any order.


International Shipment

For orders shipped outside Greece, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via Post. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to a PO or APO boxes. If the billing address does not match your shipping address we will be unable to ship your order. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Post state that most shipments are delivered within 8-12 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. PLEASE allow time for your package to clear customs. This may take from a couple of days to several weeks. CUTEANDBROKE.COM is not responsible for any post delays and any duties or taxes that may be charged when entering the desired country.

All orders are FREE FROM ANY SHIPPING FEES. If you exchange or return an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.

Customs Duties and Other Fees

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by Greek law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of Greek law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.


RETURN POLICY


All purchased items can be returned. Should you wish to make a return, please, ensure the following:

All returns require a Return/Exchange Authorization form that you can find it at our website, please fill out and send it before you proceed to any return.

Return is within 15 days of receipt.

All items must be in pristine condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached.

All merchandise to be returned must be sent in one complete package.

Return shipments must be made via the service used for original delivery.

We do not refund SHIPPING FEES, PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD charges.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale item. Sale items purchased by CUTEANDBROKE.COM are final sale.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

We can only accept returns with all above conditions met.

Please be aware that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund.
Refunds for items returned within 15 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please note that we can only accept return shipments from the country of destination. For example, if your delivery was made to Austria, any returns must be shipped from Austria as well.

EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges for another color or size within 15 days of receipt, please fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization form that you can find in our website, if you have any problem please contact sales@cuteandbroke.com.
You may also exchange your item for a different style, if your exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, then we have to charge you for the difference. Note that we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.


Damaged/Incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or defective, please notify us via email at sales@cuteandbroke.com within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging material in the case of damage. Ship the merchandise securely wrapped to:

Please send a request to sales@cuteandbroke.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. Complete the merchandise Return/Exchange Authorization form found in our website. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package and send to:

CUTEANDBROKE.COM will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. If you return or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. Please read and follow all the condition from the return policy above and send to:
